Okay… do you ever look at my pieces and think “I love this, but I would love it even more if it was a little more me”? Or maybe you have always dreamed of making your own pendant, ring, or jewelry piece, of course in my signature style, but something that is completely yours? This is your moment. Your shot.

Whether it is a gift for someone special or something personal for yourself, initials, birthstones, symbols, or that idea you have had forever, now you can design it with me, The Lila Lobster way.

The Terms

• To claim your spot, a $50 deposit is required. This will be deducted from your final purchase. If for any reason I am unable to create your piece, your deposit will be refunded. You may also cancel for free before the clay prototype stage (see bullet point 2 under Process). After that point, refunds of the deposit are only possible if I cannot make your piece or if there is a legitimate reason. This is because making a prototype and sketching takes time and effort, and I put real work into creating something beautiful for you.

• Classic Gembubbles and Tamagotchi pieces are excluded from bespoke requests.

• The minimum order value is $100.

• Free shipping on bespoke orders from $150 and up.

• By ordering, you acknowledge that your piece will be created in The Lila Lobster’s signature style.

• I do not counterfeit or replicate other artists’ work. You may share images for inspiration, but I will never copy another artist’s design.

• I work exclusively with solid silver, sterling silver 925, bronze, lab-grown sapphires, spinel, cubic zirconia stones, and lab-grown diamonds. I do not work with gold or other materials or stones.

• Bespoke requests are open until 10 October, or earlier if spots are full. Limited spots available.

The Process

• After I receive the deposit, I will send you an email and ask you to provide a sketch, description, or images of what you have in mind.

• After I receive your idea, I will give you a first estimated price and estimated timeframe so you know the range it will be around. If you do not want to continue at this point, you can cancel for free (the deposit will be refunded). 

• I will create a sketch or clay prototype to bring the idea to life.

• If you are happy with the concept, I will provide the final pricing. Once payment is made, I make the first clay version.

• You can request up to 5 adjustments to the clay version without extra cost. After that, each change adds 10% to the price. (Usually it is settled within 5.)

• Once approved, the piece will be baked, polished, and shipped to you.

Important to Know

• Bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a clear defect. In that case, you can reach out to me at any time. This is a lifetime warranty, and I will replace, fix, or refund.
