Shipping, Taxes & Import Fees

We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We cover all import duties and taxes. Whatever your country charges in customs duties, import tariffs or import tax, we pay it for you. You will never be asked to pay extra fees when your order is delivered. The amount you see at checkout (your items plus shipping) is the only amount you pay.

Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Depending on your destination, packages are typically delivered within 5 to 25 days from the date of shipment.
